Some girl at church called my brother a "Gender Crisis"?

Ok so at church I'm helping with bible school this week and I got put in my younger brothers class.The kindergarten going into 1st grade class.Okay my brother is a really hyper kid and I can understand why he would get in trouble sometimes,but yesterday he was just turned around and this other girl that works there who is 3 or 4 years older than me (I'm 14) jerked him and turned him the other way and started yelling at him and I think I should've said something,but I didn't because I didn't want to start an argument today and today we were supposed to wear stupid hair and my mom fixed my bros hair like pony tails all over his head and the girl was like "He's a gender crisis..he looks like a girl with his hair like that." The whole time im thinking "HE'S 6 WHAT DO YOU WANT HIM TO LOOK LIKE FLIPPEN HULK HOGAN" but again I didn't say anything..even though I really wanted to.Should I say something or just ignore it??
