Sansa Clip+ does not respond to anything, at all, help?

It won't respond to reset, or connecting the usb, or anything else, i charged it two days ago, added some songs disconnected from USB, put it in my pocket, after 20 minutes I tried to turn it on, it did not, tried to reset, didn't work, tried pushin volume up right button and power, didn't work, tried to connection through usb, my laptop can't see anything accept a 36.6 mb removable disk that requests to be formated, but does not format when tried.... DUNNO WHAT TO DO..... HELP!!!
